John 15:18-16:4a "What Did You Expect?"

As we abide in Jesus, loving other believers as He has loved us, we go out to bear the fruit of new disciples. Jesus warns that we can count on hatred from the world to which we bear witness. Jesus Himself is the real target of that hatred, and the conviction for sin that His presence brings is the real problem. That means persecution is a real possibility for those who follow Him. So, we need to stay alert, stay on target, and stay faithful to the One in Whom we abide.
