"Remembrance"

The Old Testament sacrificial system was a constant reminder of the separation between God and man because of our sin. But Jesus is a New High Priest of a New Covenant that removes our separation through His once-for-all sacrifice on the cross. We remember not our sin, but our Savior, Jesus Christ.
